Care and Maintenance

** Delivery and Unpacking:** The futon is delivered compressed in a vacuum bag. After opening the bag, let the mattress gain air and return to its original thickness. Minor wrinkles may appear, but this is not a defect. Airing the mattress for a few hours, or drying it in the sun for about two hours on each side, will remove any wrinkles and fluff up the mattress.

Usage Cautions: To protect the futon, use covers or sheets. Regularly wash these to keep the futon clean. The futon should be dried in the sun or in a futon dryer. Expose it to sunshine and heat occasionally to make it more resilient, warm, and fluffy. Lightly beat the futon to remove dust as needed.
